The Express Scripts Home Delivery pharmacy (home delivery) is designed for our members who take maintenance medications, or drugs taken on a regular basis, to treat conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, depression, allergies, and even medications such as oral contraceptives.

With home delivery, many 90-day supplies cost the same as a 30 or 60-day supply, depending on the medication. For example, if your copay is $20 you would probably pay $60 at a retail pharmacy for a 90-day supply of medication.

Easy Ways To Get Started Today 
Get the most out of home delivery by taking one of three easy steps: 
Phone. Simply call 888-613-6091, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
Mail. Simply download the prescription order form after accessing the Express Scripts website, select My Prescriptions\Fill a New Prescription and then select “print a prescription order form”. Mail the completed form along with your original prescription and payment to the address listed on the form.
Fax. Simply print and complete the top portion of the Prescription Order Form on the Express Scripts website by selecting My Prescriptions/Fill a New Prescription and then selecting “print a prescription order form.” Then ask your physician to complete the bottom half and fax the form to the number listed on it.
 
You cannot fax your own prescriptions due to legal regulations. 
Note: Prescriptions for Schedule II Controlled Substances must be submitted via mail.
